Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients and other counsel.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the New York Bar or any other state.
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law.
• 2+ years of experience handling asylum and removal cases.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or another state.

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills.
