Duties:

• Handle a range of litigation matters, including business litigation, employment disputes, appellate work, general liability, construction defects, and more.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to a variety of practice areas within litigation.
• Develop legal strategies and represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Engage in case management, including attending hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Assist in mentoring and training junior associates, fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the firm.

Requirements:

• Member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience
• Strong academic background with a record of job stability and positive references.
• Previous litigation experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the Arizona State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research platforms and case management software.
