A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation to join its Philadelphia, PA office. Duties

• Handle a variety of defense litigation cases.
• Engage in mass torts, class actions, and professional liability defense.
• Collaborate with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
• Participate in mentorship and training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation.
• Experience in mass torts, class actions, and professional liability defense preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of Pennsylvania.
