Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial, employment, healthcare, and pre-suit disputes
• Manage a diverse case load, handling litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide legal counsel to clients, offering strategic advice on complex matters
• Conduct research and provide detailed legal analysis
• Oversee junior attorneys and provide mentorship
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in litigation
• Experience in commercial, employment, healthcare, and pre-suit disputes
• Proven track record of success in managing complex cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Texas

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar membership in good standing
