Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Corporate and Real Estate practice group in Concord, NH. This hybrid position offers a diverse range of work across corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and finance, providing significant client interaction and involvement in all aspects of legal matters.

Duties

• Handle corporate transactions and commercial real estate matters.
• Engage in finance-related legal work for local and national clients.
• Draft and negotiate corporate transactional documents.
• Support closings for corporate and commercial finance transactions.
• Conduct transaction due diligence, including land use and permitting.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate transactional practice, commercial finance, and/or commercial real estate.
• Experience with corporate governance and ongoing company support preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership (or anticipated) in New Hampshire.

Skills

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements and ancillary documents.
• Experience with transaction due diligence and title examinations preferred.
