Duties

• Address a diverse array of legal matters encountered by public school districts and public agencies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 1 to 4+ years of experience in education law, public agency law, or similar fields.
• Proven ability in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
