Duties

• Help clients prepare for and mitigate security incident risks.
• Advise on cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Provide counsel on security aspects of corporate transactions.
• Guide security teams on offensive security and dark web intelligence.
• Direct forensic investigations.
• Manage regulatory and litigation risks.
• Develop communication strategies to mitigate legal and brand risks.
• Support cybersecurity readiness, governance, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Two to four years of cybersecurity/privacy experience in a technology-focused practice.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under time pressure during incident response matters.
• Team-first mindset and collaborative skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of the office location or ability to become admitted promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
