• Draft and assemble ancillary closing documentation.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related closing documentation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working on varied commercial finance transactions.
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California bar membership.

Skills

• Experience with receivables financings, structured finance, real estate, or securitization is a plus.
