Requirements

• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience in a firm or in-house.
• Experience in physics, math, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing preferred.

Education

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
