Workers Compensation Attorney

Profile

A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Tallahassee office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and will be dedicated to advocating for clients' rights in the workers' compensation arena.

Duties:

• Represent clients throughout the workers' compensation claims process, from initial consultations to appeals.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client positions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and updates on their cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure thorough case management and effective outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar where the attorney will practice.
