A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for providing injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation. This includes providing legal support and guidance, advising clients on their best course of action, meeting with clients, strategizing case resolutions, and preparing legal documents.

Duties:

• Provide legal support and guidance to injured clients
• Advise clients on the best legal course of action
• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs
• Find ethical solutions to legal matters
• Strategize on how to resolve clients' cases in a favorable manner
• Educate clients about legal options and potential outcomes
• Stay informed about current legislation affecting personal injury law
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients
• Prepare legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts
• Assist clients with the execution of agreements
• Have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Management experience is a plus
• Experience with auto accident and premises liability cases is required

Requirements:

• JD required
• Barred in the State of Position
• 2-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
