Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience advising and supporting case teams and clients on all discovery phases, from preservation through production, and beyond.

• Duties
• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases and information governance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated attorneys and service providers.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in eDiscovery processes.

• Requirements
• Licensed and in good standing in the practicing state.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Certifications
• Relevant legal certifications preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
