Duties

• Advise clients on technology-driven transactions.
• Draft and negotiate licensing and commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on IP considerations in corporate deals.
• Work on software and SaaS licensing agreements.
• Handle cloud services and data processing agreements.
• Participate in joint development and collaboration agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in technology-related and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with software and SaaS licensing.
• Knowledge of cloud services and data processing agreements.
• Experience with joint development and R&D agreements preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
