The candidate must be licensed, in good standing, to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Should possess 5+ years of relevant in-house, product counsel experience partnering with R&D and engineering teams to understand product, engineering, design, and operational implications of new products and initiatives; advising on a range of compliance issues, regulations, and industry standards with a focus on privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property; reviewing products, features, and initiatives to provide advice consistent with legal obligations in multiple jurisdictions; Understand related privacy and data security issues and are comfortable drafting and managing the implementation of consumer disclosures, FAQs, terms of use, privacy policy.
