The ideal candidate will possess substantive knowledge of antitrust law and strong writing skills, joining the 3rd to 7th year associate class.

Duties

• Assist in navigating antitrust regimes and securing merger approvals.
• Support in resolving challenges from litigants and enforcement bodies.
• Participate in defending against high-stakes enforcement and litigation actions.
• Contribute to securing merger clearances and handling Second Requests.
• Engage in defending clients facing government investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of California.
