Duties

• Handle personal injury claims in the pre-litigation phase

• Conduct client intake interviews and case assessments

• Develop case strategies and timelines

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

• Negotiate settlements and finalize resolution terms

• Maintain accurate and timely records in case management systems

• Collaborate with legal support staff for case preparation

Requirements

• Motivated and client-focused with strong organizational skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Commitment to advocating for individuals and community safety

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Utah, Idaho, or Arizona, depending on job location
