Job Overview: A law firm in Miami, FL, seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions. Experience in representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions is preferred.

Duties:

• Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.
• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on debt finance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate debt finance.
• Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 law firm is preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• FL Bar admission.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• FL Bar admission.
