Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate deal with all types of commercial litigation, though our clients are principally franchised brands. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and assisting our senior attorneys at oral arguments, depositions, and trial. Experience with franchise law is an advantage. Must have 1-4 years of experience practicing law, but recent law school graduates who have exceptional academic performance and who have sat for the Illinois bar exam may be considered as well.
