Duties

• Advise on privacy and security obligations and incident notification requirements.
• Defend regulatory investigations related to data privacy and security.
• Manage privacy and cybersecurity breach response and data breach litigation.
• Collaborate with technically-skilled individuals and distill key issues for non-technical team members.
• Maintain priorities and anticipate potential issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Admission to the state bar where the associate resides.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• State bar admission.
