The candidate will handle all accounting procedures for the Firm. Track invoices and payments on Excel spreadsheet and QuickBooks for U.S. and foreign clients. Track and report attorneys’ time for billed professional services. Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards. Create monthly billing statements and email or mail them to clients. Audit and research accounts for clients to ensure all services are billed. Perform audit for year-end tax purposes and reconciliation. Assist CEO, CFO, attorneys, clients and employees with varied inquiries. Perform other duties as requested. Should have 3+ years’ accounting experience.
