A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The attorney will focus on motor vehicle liability cases, handling litigation and trial preparation without managing pre-suit matters.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Active, current member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally in motor vehicle liability.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania.
