• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense or a related field with a medical focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Indiana Bar.

Skills:

• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and defense strategies.
