Duties:

• Advise clients on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing for lenders and borrowers, and commercial real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft various legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide strategic legal counsel.
• Independently manage client cases and ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in transactional law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Social intelligence and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic background preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
