Duties

• Litigate personal injury cases in State and Federal courts.
• Collaborate with clients, team, and partners to develop evidence for claims and trials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and present motions.
• Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Participate in trial teams for personal injury cases.
• Prepare cases for litigation and settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Connecticut bar; New York licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of personal injury experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate attitude towards clients.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Connecticut Bar admission required.
