Duties

• Perform comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing lawsuits.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence during litigation.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws.
• Handle contested matters, including discovery and trials.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation and/or collections experience.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Pennsylvania Bar membership required; additional state bars are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Bar membership in Pennsylvania
