The candidate will be engaging with new and current clients through a variety of means including telephone, email, and SMS; Administering an experienced Call Center/Field Representative to provide general administrative support for our office.new client intake; Assisting different departments with a variety of clerical work; Attending remote meetings with clients and potential clients. Must be an experienced to provide general administrative support for the office. Must be bilingual. Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record and current insurance. Shall have excellent client service skills with an engaging personality that helps promote the law firm’s brand to new or current clients, as well as other parties that may engaged. Must have an exceptional pairing of time management and attention to detail to ensure that work is done quickly and accurately. Must be proficient in professional computer applications such as Word and Excel, as well as possess moderately proficient general computer skills.
