Associate Attorney needed for Charlotte office

A law firm in Charlotte is seeking an Associate Attorney with significant transactional experience, including exposure to equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review transactional documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in equipment finance, general finance, and corporate transactions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, negotiations, and closings.
• Provide legal advice and support to senior attorneys.
• Manage and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements:

• Significant transactional experience.
• Experience in equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions (preferred).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in North Carolina or eligibility for admission.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

Education:
