The candidate will manage a block of cases deemed suspect of fraudulent activity or cases that require additional inspection ensuring the utmost case integrity at it aligns to the Leadership Principles. Will manage a scalable workload to compliantly manage FIA cases, producing measurable results from investigative findings. Dive deep and challenge the status quo, proactively looking for opportunities to increase service quality, customer obsession and drive efficiencies through effective change and transformation. Collaborate and work cross functionally within DLS and across the organization to launch, expand and improve the FIA program.
