Key Functions:

• Advocate for client interests in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels and regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external experts to develop case strategies tailored to client goals.

• Cultivate and expand professional relationships within the business community to grow a personal client base.

Candidate Blueprint:

• Educational Milestone:
  Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Licensure:
  Admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Professional Tenure:
  2 to 6 years of concentrated experience in litigation, including direct courtroom exposure and case management.

• Practice Development:
  Preference for candidates with a book of business or active efforts to build and maintain client relationships.

• Skill Highlights:
