Duties

• Advise clients on complex transactions across various industries.
• Counsel clients in the health care services sector, including post-acute care and digital health.
• Manage transactions independently while collaborating with a team.
• Integrate legal technology into deal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Private Equity and M&A experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 or 200 firms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with design thinking and disruptive innovation principles is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
