Duties

• Supervise and manage legal assistants and paralegals for accurate and efficient work.
• Review, draft, and negotiate family law contracts, including prenuptial and reproductive law agreements.
• Manage court filings, ensuring documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Prepare and review legal documents to protect client interests.
• Contribute to case strategy and support ongoing matters.
• Stay current on laws and legal precedents relevant to family law.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney license in any U.S. jurisdiction; California licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law (e.g., divorce, wills and trusts, prenuptial agreements).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in legal drafting.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical legal standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
