Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including client communication, case preparation, and court appearances.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys to ensure effective case management.
• Provide strategic advice and represent clients in litigation matters, demonstrating strong negotiation and courtroom skills.
• Keep clients informed and updated on the progress of their cases, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
• Analyze case details, prepare legal documents, and develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain high standards of legal service and strive for favorable outcomes for clients.
• Balance multiple caseloads while paying close attention to detail and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar (additional Idaho and/or Utah Bar licenses are a plus).
• Proven experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury law.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• State of Washington Bar License (additional Bar licenses in Idaho and/or Utah are beneficial).
