A law firm seeks an Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation to join their Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues and extensive civil litigation experience.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Manage all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice.
• Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
• Engage in business development and client management.
• Independently manage cases.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience.
• Understanding of professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Experience in civil litigation, including drafting and court appearances.
• Preferred experience in business development and client management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
