Candidate must have: 3-5 years of litigation & appellate experience. Highly motivated, organized, high moral character, excellent oral & writing ability, superior academic background & eligibility for Florida Bar admission. Excellent brief writing, communication & time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to edit pleadings in Microsoft Word, work with case management software & online document filing. Experience in federal courts preferred.
