Responsibilities: Ensure attorney timesheets are entered and released in accordance with deadlines. Perform time edits as needed by attorneys. Perform scan projects for legal administrative assistants utilizing firm software. Input invoices in Chrome River for processing. Profile and file documents in FFM, and as appropriate, file paper copies in files. Prepare FedEx and U.S. Postal mailings for legal administrative assistants. Prepare letters and e-mails for attorney communication. Prepare litigation documents for filing or delivery to court. Assist attorneys and legal administrative assistants with specialized tasks and projects. Provide administrative assistance to attorneys as overflow during PTO absences, under direction of Practice Support Team Coordinators. Provide assistance and support in an administrative capacity to other departments or functions as needed.
