Navigating client management systems and completing daily processing tasks related to foreclosure timelines. Opening new files. Reviewing initial title searches, land records, mortgages, promissory notes, and assignments of mortgage. Reviewing demand letters and preparing FDCPA notices. Must be a team player willing to assist throughout the department. Assisting with drafting of complaints. Should have 2-3 years of Pennsylvania foreclosure experience; proficiency in BKFS (LPS) and Tempo. Prior experience with Perfect Practice; critical thinking, effective written and spoken communication, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage a high volume of files/multi-task/adaptability; attention to detail.
