Duties

• Promote discovery resources and capabilities through training and relationship building.
• Advise on discovery process improvements and technology use for cost and risk reduction.
• Provide training on litigation applications and best practices.
• Advise on document preservation and collection strategies.
• Draft litigation hold notices and conduct client interviews.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT for document collections.
• Develop strategies for data culling and document review.
• Craft and test search terms for data culling.
• Advise on efficient document reviews and implement QC protocols.
• Train and supervise contract attorney review teams.
• Advise on document production options and best practices.
• Collaborate on production specifications and QC document productions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
• 3+ years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends.
• Proficiency with Relativity.
• Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
