Job Details:

• Manage a caseload of family law cases through every stage of litigation, including motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Maintain prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys.
• Track and meet all relevant deadlines.
• Supervise the work of a paralegal.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active Utah Bar License.
• Family Law experience.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to successfully retain clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
