Duties

  • Represent clients in personal injury defense cases, from initial case intake to resolution.

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trial preparation meetings.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to gather information and resolve issues.

  • Contribute to legal research and assist in case analysis.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a busy caseload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and motivated approach to legal practice.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar (required).

Skills

  • Excellent legal writing, research, and drafting skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with personal injury defense practices and procedures is a plus.
