Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in Michigan state and federal courts.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and facilitation.
• Assist with trial strategy and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Experience in handling complex business litigation in state and federal courts.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to practicing law.

• Familiarity with Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne County courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
