Duties:

• Interpret and prepare construction-related contracts and association governance documents

• Draft and analyze pleadings and legal memoranda

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Manage complex litigation cases from start to resolution

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Conduct in-depth legal research and generate persuasive legal writing

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, ideally involving construction or community association law

• Proven ability to navigate transactional and litigation phases, from pre-suit to trial

• Strong client-service orientation and collaborative mindset

• Excellent analytical, time-management, and case-handling capabilities

• Technological proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar
