Conducting audits. Handling subpoena responses. Providing support related to litigation and other responses to complaints Provide assistance with the company’s global data privacy initiatives, including:. Reviewing various privacy alerts, regulatory guidance, and legislative developments in the US, EU, UK, and other jurisdictions in which the company conducts business to summarize and escalate potential issues that could impact the business. Conducting initial review of privacy terms in agreements and data processing addenda. Managing customer due diligence/assessments/questionnaires. Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs). Responding to data subject requests regarding the Company’s processing of their personal data. Performing legal research. Electronically maintaining and organizing employment- and privacy-related legal files. Updating and implementing changes to HR- and privacy-related templates, policies, training materials and other documents.
