A California-based law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career attorney looking to develop litigation skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong research and writing abilities, and a demonstrated interest or experience in general litigation, premises liability, or labor and employment law.

Location:

• San Bernardino, CA 

Duties:

• Assist with case management, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions

• Contribute to litigation strategy and support senior attorneys on active cases

• Prepare legal documents for court filings and discovery responses

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations as needed

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure high-quality service and case outcomes

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of legal experience in litigation or related practice areas

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting

• Demonstrated interest in general litigation, premises liability, or employment law is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
