Job Overview:
A leading global law firm is seeking a full-time eDiscovery Attorney to join its Information Management team. This is a non-partnership track role focused on managing complex eDiscovery workflows in high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders across jurisdictions. This position offers the flexibility to work from any U.S. office location with a hybrid schedule.

Duties:
Lead eDiscovery efforts in complex litigation matters
Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders, and agreements
Coordinate identification, collection, and review of client data with legal teams and vendors
Create and manage review workflows and quality control processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and handle monthly invoicing and reporting for active matters
Serve as point of contact for legal teams and clients on eDiscovery project status
Oversee document productions, ensuring quality and deadline compliance
Train and supervise review attorneys to enhance performance and consistency
Collaborate with cross-office case teams to support litigation strategy and data management
Maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative, high-performing legal environment
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery (law firm, in-house, or government)
Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the EDRM
Demonstrated ability to manage litigation support projects under pressure
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination
Strong familiarity with litigation databases and document review platforms
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the bar in the state of intended practice
Skills:
Exceptional analytical, writing, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills in high-volume environments
Business acumen for managing budgets and resource allocation
Ability to lead, train, and collaborate effectively across departments
High attention to detail and quality control
Capable of working both independently and as part of a legal team
