Location:

• Panama City, Florida

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing matters

• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

• Take and attend depositions

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials

• Prepare case strategy in coordination with partners

• Assist in trial preparation and attend trials as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience

• Background in commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate, or business litigation preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation files independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and case strategy development
