Duties

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings.
• Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
• Draft dispositive motions and attend court conferences.
• Engage in litigation, including taking and defending depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant insurance coverage experience.
• Strong litigation background with experience in bad faith issues.
• Admitted and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Additional state admissions are advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the respective state of practice.
