Duties

• Lead legal strategy for assigned cases and communicate legal concepts to clients.

• Direct and supervise the workflow of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Provide comprehensive legal representation in immigration proceedings.
• Appear before courts and engage in sophisticated negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of substantive experience in Immigration Law.
• Experience in Family Law, Criminal Defense, or Personal Injury is advantageous.
• Admission to any State Bar; Massachusetts Bar admission preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to any State Bar.
