Location:

Duties:

• Handle a wide range of transactional matters in business, real estate, or elder law

• Provide legal counsel to clients on business formations, property transactions, and estate matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Maintain strong and responsive client relationships

• Participate in firm initiatives and community engagement, as applicable

Requirements:

• Prior experience in business law, real estate law, or elder law preferred

• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize workload effectively

• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills

• Willingness to engage with clients and provide practical legal solutions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Solid academic performance required

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Oregon State Bar (required)
