Mid- to Senior-level Patent Attorney
The candidate should preferably have 8+ years of experience and be licensed to practice before the USPTO. Will get the opportunity to not only prepare and prosecute patent applications, but also engage in patent counseling in a hands-on matter with extensive direct client and USPTO contact. The position also involves some patent litigation support and PTAB support, including infringement, invalidity, and claim construction analysis, general patent strategy counseling for clients, and providing assistance with design arounds and freedom to operate opinions. Position also includes coaching and mentoring to help develop the attorney as a successful project manager/client relationship manager and further includes career growth opportunity within the firm for an attorney that can successfully grow a client base.
