• Demonstrated interest in firm leadership.
• Minnesota Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Minnesota Bar admission.

Skills

• Ability to manage complex litigation matters.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in construction law preferred but not required.
